Only participants who have been registered to the congress are allowed to register to the workshops
There are limited seats on the workshops of Hysteroscopy and Laparoscopy. The rule first come first served applies
The special fee does not apply for the trainees
The students are not allowed to register to the workshops
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made till 31st of January 2024 will be reimbursed 100%
Cancellations made from 1st of February 2024 till 31st of March 2024 will be reimbursed 50% of the total amount of the registration fee
After March 31st of 2024 no reimbursements will be made
Refund policy
All the refunds will be settled after the end of the congress
